    Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for Customer Service & Technical Support functions within Segway Powersports.  Customer Success Manager listens, talks, and help resolve conflicts with customers.  This person is an expert communicator will be able to listen effectively to find the root cause of issues and communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy.


    Job Requirements:

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Must have excellent Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Patience and Problem-Solving Skills.

    - Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

    - Customer service managers will need to motivate the team, work with them to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures.

    - Customer service managers might have to deal with confused or irate customers. Having patience will help you stay polite, even in stressful situations.

    - You will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem firsthand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.

    - Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports and send out weekly

    - Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

    - Develop service procedures, policies, and standards

    - Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions


    QUALIFICATIONS

    - Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Powersports Industry

    - Experience with Microsoft Office software

    - Experience in providing customer technical service support to customers

    - Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

    - Proficiency in English

    - Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools like SAP

    - Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

    - Ability to think strategically and to lead Strong client-facing and communication skills

    - Advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills

    - BS degree in Business Administration or related field

    - Knowledgeable in other Powersports brands(including but not limited to Poliaris, BRp, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki etc.)

    - Heavy knowledge on ATV, UTV, SSV Service operations and technical.

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

    Responsibilities for Marketing Manager

    ·         Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

    ·         Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets

    ·         Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics

    ·         Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow and retention

    ·         Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

    ·         Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

    ·         Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

    ·         Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

    ·         Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

    ·         Work with the internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors



    Job Requirements:


    ·         Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results

    ·         Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

    ·         Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

    ·         Strong project management skills

    ·         Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

  • District Sales Manager

    Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible to manage a group of dealers in a specified district and deliver the unit retail sales and market share growth by product line most specifically by articulating Segway’s Value Proposition and influencing dealership best practices in ways that contribute to dealer profitability and loyalty.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Ensure that unit retail and market share targets are achieved.

    ·         Manage dealer wholesale orders, inventory levels and minimum line representation

    ·         Research, evaluate and propose new distributors to RSM in order to improve/ optimize market coverage for each line of product and achieve growth results in the District under his/her responsibility.

    ·         Implement the available tools to monitor progress; dealer visit planning, dealer call reports, follow-up on issues and opportunities.

    ·         Analyze dealer retail performance, identify areas for growth and areas of substandard performance to be addressed.  Communicate expectations, engage dealers and follow-through using all available tools in a combination of focused calls and dealer visits

    ·         Participate in the development of the strategic business plan for the region in cooperation with the RSM, Marketing Advisor and other members of the management team.

    ·         Ensure the quality of dealers' retail plans and their execution: demo usage, co-op participation, identification and evaluation of key events and marketing initiatives, dealer participation in events, etc.

    ·         Develop dealer salespeople selling capability, product knowledge and enthusiasm through appropriate activities.

    ·         Work closely with the marketing department to ensure consistency with brand management guidelines, product positioning strategy and value chain implementation & dealer development guidelines



    Job Requirements:


    ·         College or university education in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)

    ·         Minimum of three years of successful sales experience preferably within the Powersports industry

    ·         A result-oriented person always looking to surpass expectations

    ·         Exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

    ·         Confident and strategic decision maker

    ·         Ability to deal with complex and challenging situations along with stressful periods
